Open a document and edit it the way you would edit any document.

Open a document

A Word file opens as it already is, because it knows what its own headings and lists are. A PDF does not, so its structure is worked out from the text before you see it.

You get a clean document, not a copy of the original page. Wording, headings, lists and order are kept. Letterheads, columns, tables and images are not. If the layout has to stay exactly as it was, use Remove or Replace in the File Processor instead.
